Welcome to the Sampson Road Association's website. * * * * * * * Lock n' Key! Our community has more traffic moving through it than just the Fire Mitigation crew and the Jeffco County Trail Maintenance crews! Strangers are driving in behind the crew and/or some residents then "just driving around." Just yesterday, one stranger in particular was approached by one of our attentive neighbors. The stranger said he was with a certain company but had no business card on him. He quickly fled when questioned further. Please, lock your doors, question strangers, and keep an attentive eye on your neighbor's home as well. Better safe than sorry. * * * * * * * Reminder: if your trash won't fit in the dumpster, take it back home. Don't leave it on top of the dumpster. Here's why...

On May 28th, Jennifer V. read an article in the Conifer newspaper and has passed along this important information... The e911 Target Notification system (sometimes called "reverse 911") is a public safety tool that provides emergency notification by proactively placing telephone calls to inform citizens of impending dangers. The calls are placed on behalf of the appropriate public safety agency such as the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO). Register for e911 calls to your cell phone! Summer means wildfire season. To ensure that you receive e911 calls from the Sheriff's Office during wildfires or other emergencies affecting your neighborhood, register your VOIP phone line(s) or mobile phone(s). This service is available to any Jeffco residents, and it's especially important for those living in mountain communities susceptible to wildfire. For more information or to register, click here. * * * * * * * New residents

For members to have access to road information: the by-laws, rules of the road, and Road Work Week updates. #2. For neighbors to share information: items folks would like to sell or buy and sharing services. #3. For members to have easy access to a listing of local businesses and services. Please take a few minutes to go through our website and be sure to check the Info Exchange & Personal Ads page! You might be interested in one or more of the ads that have been posted.
